Peter and May

Peter and May was launched in 2014 by the duo Laura Le Bihan and Xavier Matrand, eyewear designers based in Paris.
Their first collection named #STRONGBOND was worn by Scarlett Johansson for the Luc Besson film Lucy.
After counting Colette, Isetan and Harvey Nichols among their stockists, they introduced a capsule collection with Wanda Nylon for Spring/Summer 2016, designing the glasses for the brand that won the ANDAM prize the following year - the collaboration was worn by Kylie Jenner, Beyonce and Karlie Kloss.
Designing the new collections in the energizing coworking place WeWork at the heart of Paris and manufacturing them with select partners worldwide, the duo are creating a link between fashion and optics, and focus on crafting models that capture the mood of the times, while being made to be worn every time.
Their latest collection #3615 is inspired by the assertive eighties style with no contrived reinterpretation or mix-and-match. White, bronze and smoke are, logically, the main colours for this light and flamboyant return to unearthed archives.
