SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free shipping
I Visionari offers complimentary shipping in Europe on orders over 150€.
Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
International shipping
International shipping is charged as an additional cost: it will be applied to your order at checkout.
All orders are shipped worldwide with DHL and requires a delivery proof (signature upon delivery, etc....)
This shipping method has a complete tracking system; once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.
We must adhere to all International import/export laws.
For International orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. These funds are not set by our store, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.
By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

All prices are given in euro € and are shown inclusive of IT/EU sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 22% but exclusive of delivery costs.
I Visionari accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay.
The ivisionari.com website is designed to facilitate easy and convenient payment. However, orders can also be placed by calling our customer care.
The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed; you'll receive a confirmation email of your purchase with a reference number of your order.

Returns and exchanges
Please contact online@ivisionari.com prior to sending any return or exchange request.
Returns must be authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to ship / postmark your item(s) back to our return center in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be placed in the original shipping box or in a suitable, sturdy carton. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
The invoice / return form must be included inside the package. Returns received without prior authorization or without the required documentation may be refused.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned to us in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it; if your return is approved, you can expect to receive a refund within 7 days of sending the parcel back to us, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Once we have processed the return, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
Our refund will be credited to the the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.
Important information:
1 - items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the invoice / return form
2 - make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with packaging, tag and seal still attached.
Sale items
Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for an exchange, refund or web credit.
Customized products and orders are not eligible to be returned for refund, credit, or exchange as well.
